What if The WaitStaff Team is already booked on my event date?

Our Request a Quote form includes a live calendar that only allows you to select dates when we still have availability. If a date cannot be selected in the calendar, it means our staffing capacity for that day has already been fully booked.

If your event date is unavailable but you still have questions, feel free to reach out through our Contact Us page. In some cases we may be able to suggest alternate staffing options, nearby dates, or trusted vendor referrals.

How quickly will we hear back after submitting a request?

We typically respond to quote requests and messages within  one business day. During peak event seasons or weekends when our team is working events, responses may take slightly longer, but we do our best to reply as quickly as possible.

What information should I have ready when requesting a quote?
To provide the most accurate staffing estimate, it helps to know:
– Event date and location
– Estimated guest count
– Event start and end times
– Type of food service (catered, food carts, buffet, plated, etc.)
– Whether bartending service is needed

– Any rentals or service support required

Should I submit a “Request a Quote” or use the contact form?

If you are planning an event and would like pricing or staffing recommendations, please use the Request a Quote form. It collects the details we need to prepare an accurate estimate.

The Contact Us form is best for general questions, vendor partnerships, venue inquiries, or other non-event requests.

What if I am still early in the planning process?
That is completely fine. Many clients reach out before all event details are finalized. We can provide general guidance on staffing needs, service flow, and event logistics to help you plan with confidence.
Do you have a minimum event size or staffing requirement?

The WaitStaff Team supports events of many sizes, from small private gatherings to large weddings and corporate events. The appropriate staffing level depends on guest count, service style, and event logistics.

When you submit a Request a Quote, we will review your event details and recommend the staffing plan that will allow the event to run smoothly while remaining cost-effective.
