Centered in Portland Oregon, TWST provides event staffing in NW Oregon and SW Washington. If your event is located within 2 hours of Portland, Oregon, we usually can serve your event, however, there may be required compensation for staff drive time included in your quote (this varies by venue location.)
If you are outside of our area of operation but would still like a quote, please message us through our contact page and we will do our best to answer your questions about added drive time, potential overnight fees, and other possible vendor referrals.

We carry two comprehensive insurance policies:
All of our staff are required to have up-to-date Food Handlers Cards for Oregon and/or Washington (depending on the state the event is happening in)
All staff members who handle or serve alcohol carry up-to-date OLCC/MAST licenses.
Absolutely! Simply let us know your event venue requires additional insurance, provide the name and contact info of the venue, and we will handle the rest.
We tailor our service to your event’s specific needs which means our estimates vary widely from one event to the next, because of this, it very difficult to give accurate ballpark prices for our service. In short, yes we can handle that for you!
We currently do not provide these items in-house, however, if you would like us to handle all your event rentals, we can sub rent dishware, linens and other requested event rentals through our preferred 3rd party rental companies. This service would incur a 15% handling fee on top of the rental companies final rental bill. If you would like more information about this service option, please fill out our “Request a Quote Form.”
If you would like us to review your rental order, we can offer a $50 review and offer suggestions. This would be limited to an emailed copy of the rental contract and we will review and send back suggestions via email.
No. Currently, TWST is unable to provide alcohol for your bar. All alcohol must be provided by you (the client) or by a third-party service (such as a caterer or other bar service.)
No. Currently, TWST is unable to pick up food from your caterer. Either you (the client) or your caterer must deliver the food onsite to your venue.
Oregon liquor laws require an additional alcohol sales permit to be acquired by you (the client) for alcohol to be sold at your event (this includes any transfer of funds such as tickets sold for attendance or entrance, tickets sold for alcohol specifically, or any other fee required by the end consumer in order to drink at the event).
